New Albany-Plain Local Schools uses a mobile device management (MDM) system called Jamf School to manage the iPads deployed to both students and staff. This MDM has a feature that allows parents to manage aspects of the iPad’s use while not in use at school. 


Availability

Jamf Parent is only usable between the hours of 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weekdays, and all day on weekends.



Login Process

Step 1:

Go to https://parent.zuludesk.com/ or download the iOS app at: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/jamf-parent/id1458797105.


Step 2:

Search for New Albany-Plain Local Schools


Use the "Find your school" field and search for New Albany-Plain Local Schools.



Using the mobile app, enter "naplsmdm" in the Domain field.  




Step 3:

Enter your email address in the "Username" field and your password in the "Password" field.  Your username is the email address you have enter in PowerSchool.  Your password is your oldest child's default school password (first initial-PowerSchool student number-last initial).
