Proofpoint uses an "Isolation Browser" in order to sandbox certain websites that it deems could be risky.
This way, if that site tries to load a Virus or Malware of any kind - it will only affect this temporary sandbox environment and not affect your computer or the NAPLS network.

Some URLs, when clicked from an email will open up in the isolation browser.
When this happens - you may notice a blue bar will appear at the top of the site:
If you are having trouble with the site (Sharepoint for example does not work very well with this)
you can simply click the Exit button on the right side of the isolation browser bar to open the link normally:
It will then ask if you want to "Stay Protected" or Exit -
Press Exit here, and the site will reload normally and should clear up any issues you may be experiencing while interacting with the site.
If your issue persists even outside of the isolation browser, please open up a support request.
