Substitute personnel ("subs") are generally not issued hardware devices or granted system access for day-to-day operations. Access is granted only when the assignment meets specific duration criteria and is managed via the PeopleWerks system operated by Human Resources. Requests for exceptions should be directed to Human Resources, who will then coordinate with the technology team.
