Sometimes, messages we want to receive end up being marked as spam.

When this happens, follow these steps:


1. In your Google's Spam folder, locate a message you want to allow.


2. Open the message and click the "Report Not Spam" button. This will move the message to your Inbox.


3. Navigate to your inbox, locate the message, and open it.


4. On the right side of the GMail window there's an icon of a red circle. Click it.


5. From the drop-down, select "Report not junk"


6. Add the email address to your Contacts.
